Property overview

Q1 Resort & Spa operates from Australia's tallest residential tower at 322 meters. Guests have exclusive access to the SkyPoint Observation Deck on Level 77, offering 360° views of the Gold Coast hinterland, Pacific Ocean, and Byron Bay. Each apartment features unique glass-enclosed balconies, with some providing direct ocean views.

Accommodation

All apartments include full kitchen facilities with oven, stovetop, and fridge, as well as laundry facilities and a spa bath. The Presidential Penthouse occupies an entire level and has a private swimming pool, two roof-top balconies, a sauna, and a private theater with surround-sound. Private penthouse options offer luxury amenities and ocean views, with some including their own plunge pools.

Dining

Four on-site restaurants operate: Asami Teppanyaki, SkyPoint Observation Deck - Bistro & Bar, Longboards Eatery & Bar, and Osaka Kaiten Sushi. Longboards Laidback Eatery provides poolside service with burgers and cocktails, including a weekly $15 special on Thursdays. The SkyPoint Bistro & Bar offers breakfast with 360° views, though separate entry fees apply for non-dining guests.

The on-site Q1 Spa offers high-end treatments, including massage and spa/wellness packages, with separate steam and sauna rooms.
