Shizuka Ryokan offers six guestrooms with authentic tatami straw-mat flooring and an engawa alcove overlooking a private Japanese garden. Each room includes a deep Japanese soaking bath, traditional cotton yukata bathrobes, and a late 11:00 am check-out. Televisions and telephones are not provided to maintain a tranquil atmosphere.

The ryokan serves a banquet Japanese dinner and a traditional Japanese breakfast rarely offered in Australia. Seasonal Omakase dining is curated by a nakai chef using local ingredients. Both meals can be added as extras to the stay.
